Gibbellina is a little town in Sicily with an incredibly sad story. It was totally destroyed by earthquake in 1968 and rebuilt in a new place  20 km distant from the old one. You can find more information about Gibellina and the earthquake here.

The new city is one of the most strange Sicilian city i ever seen. A sort of ghost town full of incredibly crumbling contemporary art objects.

This place struck me and I think I should find the time to do a serious work about.
